- Drain the salmon and tomatoes, saving the juice from both.

- Pour the reserved juice from the salmon and tomatoes into the onion mixture.
- Stir in chopped parsley, oregano, soy sauce, and the halved tomatoes.
- Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and place the salmon in the pan in single pieces approximately 8 inches long.
- Add the celery and green pepper around the salmon.
- Do not stir; simply place the sauce on top and simmer for 6 minutes.
