Fish With Corn Bread Stuffing

- Cook and stir onion and celery in butter or margarine in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until tender.
- Remove from heat. Stir in cornbread stuffing mix, parsley, salt, pepper, sage, and beaten egg.
- Place fish steaks in a greased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 1-inch.
- Sprinkle fish steaks with 1/2 teaspoon salt, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Spoon stuffing around the fish steaks.
- Bake uncovered in a 350°F oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cut fish steaks into halves before serving.
