Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oleo, softened
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Watkins vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon Watkins caramel flavoring
  • 1/2 teaspoon Watkins coconut flavoring
  • 1/2 teaspoon Watkins butter flavoring
  • 1/4 teaspoon Watkins black walnut
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in the order given.
  2. Shape the dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Dip a fork or glass in sugar and flatten each cookie.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
