Instructions

  1. Take four pieces of aluminum foil, each about 18 to 24 inches long, and lay them flat.
  2. Make patties from ground beef or use cube steak. Place each patty in the center of a piece of foil.
  3. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt over each patty.
  4. Place an onion slice on top of each patty.
  5. Slice potatoes, carrots, and zucchini, and lay the slices on top of the onions.
  6. Add a pat of butter on top of each vegetable layer.
  7. Fold the foil securely to enclose all ingredients.
  8. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour.
