Garden Ham Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 c. cubed potatoes ⓘ

- 2 c. cubed, cooked ham ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion ⓘ
- 1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. milk ⓘ
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ

- 1 tsp. sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook potatoes, carrots and celery in a small amount of boiling, unsalted water until crisp-tender; drain and set aside.
