  • 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered

  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water or tomato juice
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then cover and transfer to the oven.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
