A hearty beef hot pot layered with potatoes, ground beef, vegetables, and aromatic seasonings, baked to tender perfection—perfect for comforting family dinners.

Instructions
- Place one-third of the potato slices in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Top with even layers of half of the ground beef, onion slices, cabbage, and carrot slices.
- Sprinkle with part of the marjoram, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat the layers, ending with potato slices arranged in a pattern on top.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Pour beef broth over all and cover the casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
