Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider mixing in some Worcestershire sauce or mustard into the meat mixture. If you don't have Swiss cheese, Gruyère or cheddar can work as substitutes. To make the meatloaf even more juicy, you can add finely chopped bell peppers or mushrooms. Remember to let it rest before slicing to retain its juices.
