Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine ⓘ
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham ⓘ
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken ⓘ
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper ⓘ
- 1 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives ⓘ
- 1 can cream mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1 cup sour cream ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained ⓘ
Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onion in butter until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ham, diced cooked chicken, chopped green pepper, chopped sweet red pepper, sliced green olives, cream mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cooked and drained noodles until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
