Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in butter until tender.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ham, diced cooked chicken, chopped green pepper, chopped sweet red pepper, sliced green olives, cream mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the cooked and drained noodles until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
