Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 tsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. diced onions
  • 2 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 1 package favorite biscuits
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
  2. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, brown sugar, water, flour, ketchup, diced onions, and mustard to the beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Press biscuits into a cupcake pan to form cups.
  4. Fill each biscuit cup with the meat mixture, about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven until biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the cups while still warm.
  7. Serve hot.
