Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 heads cabbage
  • 4 green peppers
  • 2 bags radishes
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 2 large onions
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Instructions

  1. Grind all vegetables and drain well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate.
  4. This recipe can be cut or scaled as desired.
