Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, allspice, nutmeg, and salt with a fork.
  2. Blend in eggs, salad oil, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in diced apples, raisins, and chopped pecans.
  4. Spread the stiff dough into a greased and floured oblong pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 to 60 minutes.
