Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup softened margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Grease a jelly roll pan.
  2. Beat sugar, honey, margarine, eggs, and pumpkin in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except glaze and nuts.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
