- In a 3-quart dish, add oil and chopped onion. Cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
- Add shallots, bell pepper, water, bouillon cubes, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Kitchen Bouquet, and pepper. Microwave for 3 minutes until water boils.
- Add rice and cooked meat to the dish. Cover and microwave at 50% power for 12 minutes. Stir the mixture.
- Return to microwave at 50% power and cook for another 12 minutes.
- Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before serving.
