Ingredients
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Drain.
- Saute carrots, celery, onion, pepper and garlic in 2 tablespoons bacon drippings until soft.
- Add potatoes (1/2-inch cubes) and add clam juice.
- Boil, then simmer until tender.
- Add seasoning, clams and bacon.
- Heat and serve.
