Ingredients

  • 2 slices light oatmeal bread, cubed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/4 cup reduced calorie catsup
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until thoroughly blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a 7 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
