- Brown beef liver in hot fat.
- In a food chopper, process the cooked liver with pork sausage.
- Add bread crumbs, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery salt, eggs, and bouillon to the chopped mixture.

- Pour the mixture into a buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Top with slices of bacon.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
