Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, shredded carrot, chopped green onions, onion powder, garlic powder, Accent, pepper, salt, soy sauce, flour, and eggs.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Wrap the mixture in lumpia or spring roll wrappers, sealing the edges.
  5. Deep fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauces.
