Ingredients

  • vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • butter
  • chocolate
  • powdered sugar
  • eggs
  • Log Cabin maple syrup
  • cream
  • maple extract
  • miniature marshmallows
  • chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Crush vanilla wafers or graham crackers into 1/4-inch pieces and spread evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes to harden the crust.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate together and mix with powdered sugar, eggs, maple syrup, and maple extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Spread whipped cream over the chocolate layer.
  6. Sprinkle miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
