- Butter a souffle dish.
- Put eggs, cream, Parmesan cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.

- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 45 minutes for a soft, liquidy center or 50 minutes for a firm souffle.
