Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except oil and catsup.
- Put a small amount of filling inside each eggroll wrapper.
- Roll up the filled wrapper, but before you get to the end, brush the wrapper end with beaten egg so that the wrapper will stick together.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with catsup for dipping.
