Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 2 small or 1 large onion, grated
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, grated
  • 1 sweet potato, grated
  • 1 stalk celery, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together by hand for best results.
  2. Press the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Cover the top with ketchup and bacon strips.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
