Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 16.5 ounces cream-style corn
  • 10.75 ounces tomato soup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 ounce can Chun King Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a frypan and heat.
  2. Brown the ground beef in the frypan.
  3. Add chopped onion and green pepper; cook and stir for about 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer the cooked mixture to a casserole dish.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients to the dish: cream-style corn, tomato soup, salt, pepper, water, shredded Cheddar cheese, and Chinese noodles.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
