Instructions
- Mix the creamy buttermilk Ranch and cucumber Ranch together until creamy.
- Layer the lettuce and the 2 jars of bacon bits on the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Add the broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, green pepper, and optionally diced tomatoes over the layered lettuce and bacon bits.
- Mix the mild Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the cheese mixture on top of the layered vegetables.
- Chill before serving to allow flavors to meld.
