- In a 5 to 8 quart saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter over medium heat until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat; add bread and remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stuff 12 to 16 pound turkey or put stuffing in 9 x 13-inch pan covered with foil.
- Bake in 325°F oven for 45 minutes.
