Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 C. celery, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/3 C. catsup
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onions with celery in a skillet.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, catsup, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add the mixture to the browned meat and vegetables.
  5. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
