Ingredients
- 1/2 cup macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons chili powder ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules ⓘ
- 28 ounces pureed tomatoes ⓘ
- 16 ounces tomatoes ⓘ
- 15 1/2 ounces kidney beans ⓘ
- 15 ounces pinto beans ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook macaroni until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet until browned; crumble and drain excess fat.
- In a large pot, combine cooked macaroni, cooked beef and onion, remaining ingredients, and hot sauce.
- Stir well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
- Serve hot, garnished with cheese.
