Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
  • 28 ounces pureed tomatoes
  • 16 ounces tomatoes
  • 15 1/2 ounces kidney beans
  • 15 ounces pinto beans
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet until browned; crumble and drain excess fat.
  3. In a large pot, combine cooked macaroni, cooked beef and onion, remaining ingredients, and hot sauce.
  4. Stir well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with cheese.
