Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 package peanut butter chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut in cold butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  3. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle peanut butter chips over the top.
  7. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the chips and sprinkle with coconut.
  8. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  9. Melt chocolate chips and shortening together.
  10. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled bars before serving.
