Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large jar pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet; pour off excess grease.
  3. Stir in pizza sauce, garlic salt, and oregano into the beef mixture.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, beat eggs, then mix in milk, oil, salt, and flour to make a batter.
  6. Pour the batter evenly over the meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and set.
