Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider using Yukon Gold potatoes, which have a creamy texture. If you don’t have seasoned salt, you can substitute with regular salt and add a pinch of garlic powder and onion powder. Fresh rosemary is preferred, but dried works well if you reduce the amount slightly. You could also add other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for extra nutrition.

Serving Suggestions

This dish pairs beautifully with a crisp green salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal. It also makes a great side dish for grilled meats or a hearty vegetarian option. For a twist, serve with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt on top. Consider browsing more American recipes to complement your meal.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes, covered with foil to prevent drying out. You can also microwave individual portions, though the oven method keeps the topping crispier.
