Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in confectioners sugar, vanilla, and food coloring.
  2. Beat mixture until it holds together.
  3. Chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Form some of the mixture into leaves and place on top of the cake.
  5. Spoon the remaining mixture around the bottom to form grass.
