Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and shape into a loaf.
  2. Bake for about 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
  3. In the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking, you can cover the meatloaf with a sauce of your choice.
