- 8 chicken breasts or whole chicken ⓘ

- 1 onion ⓘ
- 8 oz. package thin noodles ⓘ
- 1/2 stick butter ⓘ
- 1 onion ⓘ
- 2 ribs celery ⓘ
- 1 green bell pepper ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder ⓘ
- 1 can cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 1 package sour cream mix
- 1 carton sour cream ⓘ
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts or whole chicken, celery, and onion in a pressure cooker or broiler until tender.
- Cook thin noodles according to package instructions.
- Saute butter, chopped onion, chopped celery, green bell pepper, poultry seasoning, and garlic powder until vegetables are tender.
- Mix the cooked chicken, noodles, sautéed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese in a baking pan.
