- Add rice and cook until golden, stirring.

- Stir beaten egg, grated Cheddar cheese, and Worcestershire sauce into the rice, then mix in chopped parsley.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut avocados in half, remove stones, and place in a shallow baking pan.
- Add 1/4 inch hot water to the pan.
- Spoon the rice mixture into the hollows of the avocado halves.
- Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the stuffed avocados.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the crumbs are browned and the avocados are hot.
