- Prepare the vegetables by chopping onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, celery stalks, carrots, and potatoes.
- Cut the beef roast into bite-sized pieces.
- In the large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over a fire or stove.
- Brown the beef pieces in the hot oil until they are well-seared.
- Add chopped onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the flour to coat the meat and vegetables, then add Worcestershire sauce.
