Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked ground shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced water chestnuts
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sieved
  • 3 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/16 tsp. red pepper (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dry parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. Roll each ball in dry parsley.
  4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
