Ingredients

  • 1 large green pepper
  • 5 medium mushrooms
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 box angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/3 tsp. lemon pepper
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • 1/3 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Chop green pepper and onion into medium-sized chunks.
  2. Slice mushrooms.
  3. Mince garlic; peel shrimp.
  4. Rinse shrimp and scallops, then remove excess water.
  5. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  6. Once heated, add garlic, black pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the pan.
  7. Stir the vegetables and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
  8. Using a slotted spoon, remove the vegetables from the pan to prevent overcooking.
  9. Add shrimp, scallops, lemon pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and sherry to the pan.
  10. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until shrimp and scallops are tender.
