Shrimp Scallop Primavera

Ingredients
- 1 large green pepper
- 5 medium mushrooms ⓘ
- 1/2 clove garlic ⓘ
- 1 medium onion ⓘ
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can stewed tomatoes ⓘ
- 1/2 box angel hair pasta ⓘ
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry ⓘ
- 1 lb. shrimp ⓘ
- 1 lb. scallops ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 tsp. lemon pepper
- dash of Worcestershire ⓘ
- 1/3 tsp. Old Bay seasoning ⓘ
Instructions
- Chop green pepper and onion into medium-sized chunks.
- Slice mushrooms.
- Mince garlic; peel shrimp.
- Rinse shrimp and scallops, then remove excess water.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Once heated, add garlic, black pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the pan.
- Stir the vegetables and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the vegetables from the pan to prevent overcooking.
- Add shrimp, scallops, lemon pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and sherry to the pan.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until shrimp and scallops are tender.
