Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato soup
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. uncooked wide noodles
  • 2 c. whole grain corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped olives (ripe)
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and ground beef in hot oil.
  2. Add tomato soup, water, salt, noodles, corn, and olives; mix thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
