- Brown the ground beef, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, and chopped garlic in a skillet.
- Cook the noodles until tender, then drain.
- Mix the cooked noodles with the browned beef and vegetables, along with the chopped ripe olives and liquid, canned tomatoes, corn, and chili powder.
- Spread half of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish, sprinkle with half of the grated Cheddar cheese.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
