Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can ripe olives and liquid, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium can tomatoes
  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, and chopped garlic in a skillet.
  2. Cook the noodles until tender, then drain.
  3. Mix the cooked noodles with the browned beef and vegetables, along with the chopped ripe olives and liquid, canned tomatoes, corn, and chili powder.
  4. Spread half of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish, sprinkle with half of the grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
