- Mix ground ham, ground pork, chopped onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, prepared mustard, parsley flakes, and pepper thoroughly.
- Press the mixture evenly into a loaf pan.
- In a cup, mix brown sugar, 1 tablespoon pineapple juice, and 1 teaspoon prepared mustard.
- Spread the brown sugar mixture over the loaf.
- Pour the remaining 3 tablespoons pineapple juice over the top.
- Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
