- Cook until the mixture thickens slightly, then add Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
- Fold in the frozen mixed vegetables and drained tuna.
- Pour the tuna mixture over the bread slices in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes before serving.
