Veal With Dill
Tender veal cubes are cooked with fresh dill and aromatics, then finished with creamy vegetables for a flavorful dish perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Instructions
- Saute veal in 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic, onion, and 2 tablespoons of dill.
- Cook without browning for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour and nutmeg, then add chicken broth and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 375°F.
- Scrape carrots and trim leeks.
- Split leeks down the center and rinse well.
- Slice carrots and leeks lengthwise into very thin strips.
- Set aside.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of butter and cook leeks and carrots until wilted.
- Stir in half of the vegetables into the meat.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a boil.
- Garnish with remaining vegetables when served over noodles or rice.
