Crispy vegetable beef egg rolls feature seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and savory flavors wrapped in crispy wrappers, perfect as appetizers or party snacks for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, sesame oil, garlic powder, and pepper until done; drain excess fat.
  2. On medium heat, add chopped cabbage, oyster sauce, and chopped onion.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is three-quarters cooked.
  4. Add shredded carrots and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let mixture cool before filling egg roll wrappers.
