A quick, flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef and fresh vegetables, perfect for a satisfying and healthy weeknight dinner with a savory soy sauce glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. thin sliced beef
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil until hot enough to fry.
  3. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until almost cooked through.
  4. Add sliced onion, green onions, sliced mushrooms, chopped celery, and sliced zucchini.
  5. Stir-fry all ingredients together until vegetables are tender and beef is fully cooked.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
  7. Serve hot with rice and enjoy with chopsticks.
