Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4 Tbsp. duck sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Szechwan sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 or 3 carrots, sliced into 2-inch thin strips
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced
  • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and add sliced onions, cooking until slightly browned.
  2. Add chicken strips and stir-fry for about 4 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Pour in all liquids: duck sauce, Szechwan sauce, honey, red wine vinegar, water, and lemon juice; stir well.
  4. Add sliced vegetables: broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and fresh mushrooms; continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve over rice or noodles.
