Beef Stew(Crock-Pot)

Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat ⓘ
- 1/4 cup flour ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth ⓘ
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 6 carrots ⓘ
- 5 potatoes ⓘ
- 1 small can whole kernel corn ⓘ
- 1 stalk celery ⓘ
- 2 onions ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic ⓘ
- 1 tsp. paprika ⓘ
- 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. basil ⓘ
- 1 bay leaf ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. thyme ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram ⓘ
Instructions
- Place the stew meat in the crock-pot.
- Mix flour, salt, and black pepper, then pour over the meat; stir to coat evenly.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, whole kernel corn, chopped celery, chopped onions, minced garlic, paprika, Kitchen Bouquet (if using), basil, bay leaf, thyme, and marjoram.
- Stir all ingredients well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
- Stir the stew thoroughly before serving.
