Ingredients
- 1 lb low fat turkey sausage ⓘ
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1 small can ripe olives, chopped ⓘ
- chili powder to taste ⓘ
- 1 ready to bake pie crust ⓘ
- 1 pkg grated Colby and Jack cheese ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 small can green chillies, chopped ⓘ
- 1 small jar salsa ⓘ
- 1 can black beans
- 3 flour tortillas ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown the onion, bell pepper, and turkey sausage in a skillet.
- Add chopped olives, green chillies, salsa, black beans, and chili powder; cook until combined.
- Line a large Pyrex bowl with a pie crust.
- Layer with the cooked meat mixture, a flour tortilla, and grated Colby and Jack cheese.
- Cover with another pie crust on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes until golden brown on top.
