Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter ⓘ
- 2 lb. beef, cut into 1 inch square ⓘ
- 2 medium onions, peeled and chopped fine ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced ⓘ
- 2 cans (10 oz.) beef consomme ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. water ⓘ
- 3 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces ⓘ
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces ⓘ
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. flour ⓘ
- 1 pack (10 oz.) frozen peas ⓘ
Instructions
- Melt butter in a Dutch oven and brown the beef.
- Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add celery salt, parsley, one can of consomme, and one cup of water.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
