- 1/4 cup flour ⓘ
- 2 cups chicken broth ⓘ
- 3 to 4 cups diced cooked chicken ⓘ
- 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 8 ounces spaghetti ⓘ
- 1 (10 to 11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup ⓘ
Instructions
- Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet; add mushrooms, onion, green pepper, parsley, and thyme; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in flour, soup, and salt; cook until mixture is thickened.
- Add cooked chicken, drained pimentos, and lemon juice; keep warm until ready to serve.
