Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • black pepper
  • red pepper
  • 1 large can chopped green chile peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped white onion
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large cans creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and chopped bell peppers slightly in butter.
  2. Mix cornmeal with milk and add to all ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 45 minutes.
